This book signing will be a celebration of living your Best life. I've released my companion workbook to my first book: Reclaiming your Best Self: The Four Disciplies of Mindful Acceptance. Festivites will include a live DJ, food, drinks and raffles. Your event ticket will include a workbook and all of the above mentioned festivities.
