Juicing can be such a wonderful tool to incorporate into your life, especially when dealing with health issues such as digestive problems, excess weight gain, and low immune system. Juicing can help to support the body's natural detoxification processes to rid the body of excess toxins that accumulate overtime.
In our increasingly toxic world we live in, supporting the body in this process is crucial for our overall health and wellbeing.
However, it's not as simple as throwing a handful of random fruits and vegetables in a blender and hoping for the best. It's important to know which fruits, vegetables and herbs aid in the detoxification process and how to prepare and support the body for this process. On the contrary, juicing while the body is physically not ready, can be quite dangerous.
In this class, you will learn how to prepare the body for juicing, what to do and what not to do while juicing, what combinations are best supportive and more! In the end, my goal is to teach you how to juice safely and properly.
Juice recipes and handouts will be provided along with delicious juice samples that I guarantee you will love.
This class will be led by Sasha Serrano, a holistic nutritionist from Rancho Cucamonga. She is certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) by the Nutritional Therapy Association and also has her own business, Sasha Roxanne Wellness, where she works with clients virtually one on one to support them on their health journey. She is also a Yoga teacher (RYT 200) and has been teaching yoga in her community since 2018.
