Join us at the Jeff Seymour Family Center for Wellness with Movies Series! This free and family friendly event series will feature different movie screenings, free food*, games, giveaways, and a mini wellness fair. The wellness fair will feature different health/wellness organizations, pediatric clinics**, COVID-19 vaccines and boosters, and rapid tests. *Free food will be given to those that get vaccinated/boostered and their family members. **Pediatric clinics by Herald Christian Health Center will only be offered on these dates. Friday 11/4 -230pm-6pm Friday 12/9 -230pm-6pm El Monte Pharmacy will be the Providers for Vaccine/Boosters these Dates: Thursday 9/29 - 330pm-9pm Friday 10/7 -5pm-9pm Wednesday 10/26 -5pm-9pm Location: Jeff Seymour Family Center 10900 Mulhal St. El Monte Ca. 91731 Wellness Faire/Clinic: 330pm-7pm Giveaway/Announcements: 630pm Movie Start: 7pm (6pm for November and December) Movie: Disney's Raya and the Last Dragon Vaccines and New Bivalent Boosters Available: Ages 3-5 primary series Moderna Ages 6-12 primary series Pfizer Ages 12+ primary series and Bivalent Pfizer boosters National shortage on Moderna bivalent. Not available No appointment needed, walk ups welcomed and priority registration will be given to those 65+ or with mobility issues.
