Mother Jaguar will lead the group through a program of sacred songs, movement, silence, and reflection. 
The songs that we will be singing are songs 
that came to Mother Jaguar on her Vision Quest. When songs are received in ceremonies like this, they are considered sacred medicine songs. Most are simple chants to be used in ceremony and as prayer. Each song brings a particular energy, spirit, or essence for help with grounding, healing, release, finding clarity, clearing, moving emotions, gratitude or celebration. They are tools for transformation and can be used like a prescription which is why they are considered medicine songs. This is a special invitation for you to experience the medicine of these simple yet, powerful songs that came through during times of deep listening and nature connection. Come sing, move, and experience their medicines within you.

Journal & pen.Sun hat. NOTE: We will be sitting on the grass in a shaded area all day.Bring Your Own Food if you want to stay for a community picnic afterward.$30 / 20% donated to the land trust.  Optional to stay for the community drum circle from 8-11 for a $5 donation onsite.
