Bring your wedding license, identification and two witnesses and I will do a simple signing. This is NOT a ceremony. I will do the Declaration of Intent and Pronouncement ONLY. You are responsible for filing the completed paperwork within 30 days. (If you would like to book me for an elopement or wedding ceremony, contact me).
I am a Licensed and Ordained Minister (American Marriage Ministry & Baptist) with 18 years of experience officiating weddings, and the Owner of Weddings w/TMS. Why I do pop-ups? Because so many people can't afford most officiant fees, don't want the fuss of planning a wedding, will have a big wedding at a later date or just want to make it "official."
IMPORTANT
Review the marriage license requirements at your local county probate court. The requirements are different for residents and non-residents. If you are NOT a resident of Georgia, you must get a license for Gwinnett County, which is where I will do the signing.
Please confirm your day & time is available FIRST then book here on EventBrite. The fee is $50. There is a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee. The balance of $25 is due the day of your signing BEFORE the paperwork is completed. The balance can be paid by Cashapp, Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle.
