rehoming small female puppy

We are moving out of state and can not take our puppy with us she is a very over-the-top friendly and playful dog. We have 2 small children and they are rough with her and she does not harm them she just goes with the flow lol. So she is a very well mannered dog, she is not fixed and she is grass pad train. She is housebroken and she does wine a little and will go to the door if she has to use the bathroom but if playing a lot she would rather stay playing then to tell you sometimes she has to go out. Which is way we keep a grass pad in the home and on our porch. She will come with food, toys, food bowl, a metal crate,grass pad and collar. It's a regular collar and we have a shock collar (which was used for training only) rehoming fee of $150
