Friday October 7th at 5:30 CycleBar instructor Liza is bringing the bikes for a Urban Grounds parking lot party. Your $30 ticket includes the 30 minute class, small bites, and a small latte or beverage of choice after! Lets fill up those bikes and cheers to espresso and endorphins!
