See the award-winning, Mississippi-made feature film Mysterious Circumstance: The Death of Meriwether Lewis in Meridian's historic TEMPLE THEATRE! The Temple Theatre, at 2320 8th Street in Meridian, is Mississippi's largest and most opulent cinema -- the perfect venue for Six Shooter Studios' intriguing and factual tale of the demise of an American hero, Meriwether Lewis of Lewis & Clark fame, which happened along the Natchez Trace in 1809. Writer/Director Clark Richey will be on hand for a Question & Answer Session immediately following the 2pm matinee screenings on both Saturday and Sunday, October 8th & 9th. The movie stars John Schneider (The Dukes of Hazzard), Evan Williams (Versailles) as Meriwether Lewis, and Tupelo actress Amye Gousset (The Card Counter) as the last witness to see the explorer alive. Run time is 115 minutes. The film is not yet rated but is intended for a mature audience.
