Join us and at our monthly event: Halloween Hustle 5K/10K...and Flow supported by lululemon 5K run/walk & 10K group run followed by yoga + surprises + treats! Routes will be marked plus there will be paper maps and digital maps via the MapMyRun app. There will be on-course hydration stations and a post-run hydration, fuel and recovery station. Covid Safety precautions will be taken. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND if you are not feeling well or if you or someone in your household has been recently exposed to Covid.
