Join us for an evening filled with fun, as we crown our new 2023 Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Court. The evening will unfold with three separte pageants: 5:00PM - Little Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Pageant 6:30PM - Junior Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Pageant 8:00PM - Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Pageant The Miss Carlisle Ice Queen Association was formed to build and inspire leaders in the Carlisle, PA and surrounding communites who are dedicated to service. Our program aims to empower young women within our community, molding them into our future leaders. Through our court's reign, the goal of the program is to imporve self-confidence, partake in various community service opportunities and to focus on the advancement of scholastic achievement.
