The Club at Prescott Lakes, a private Club with Championship Golf Course, Athletic Center and Clubhouse is looking for a key member of our Facilities Maintenance team to handle repairs and maintenance pools, mechanicals and housekeeping duties of our Athletic Club, Spa and Clubhouse with restaurant, ballroom and golf shop.
* This full time position offers a full package of benefits and use of the Club's amenities with some restrictions
* Flexibility in hours is a must, including weekends and some holidays
* Previous experience in hotels or clubs is preferred
* Preferred experience to include swimming pool chemistry/maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, preventative maintenance (lights, filters, etc.), response to emergency mechanical issues, ordering parts for repairs and projects.
* The position does require some bending, kneeling, walking, lifting and ladder work
* The successful candidate must pass a drug screen
