A male Shih Tzu/Bichon puppy who is 17 months old. Daughter left to attend college and can no longer provide the care for him. He is not fully trained, again he is not fully trained! Will require it!! Willing to give him to someone for free with a good home who would provide good care and love him unconditionally. He’s a great puppy and loves to play and he loves children.
