Description
Handy person needed to maintain two 54-unit buildings in the Portland area.
Maintenance work will include:
-unit turns
-painting
-junk hauling
-basic landscaping
-light plumbing
-drywall patching
-light cleaning
Prior experience in apartment maintenance is required.
10 – 20 hours a week.
