BASIC FUNCTION/DUTIES: Assures compliance of Life Safety regulations Assist the Maintenance Director with the overall maintenance of the community and apartments. Provides routine preventative maintenance for community within acceptable standards of practice. Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: One year experience in maintenance related activities High School diploma or equivalent Excellent written and oral communication skills Highly organized approach to work Ability to complete basic maintenance services such as painting, simple plumbing, carpet removal, and equipment repair. Flexible working hours Must have the ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with others, whether involved with residents, their families or the public at large.
