Lab/collie in need of re-homing by Sept 30.

I am in need to rehome my 7 year old lab/collie to a loving child free, adult only household. I have had him since he was 8 months old and he has been with me through 2 childbirths. He is a loving and playful dog who loves to play and cuddle. He is house trained and follows most commands. Up to date on vaccines. He does get territorial with his food so we leave him alone when he eats. I will be honest and say the reason I need to rehome him is because he bit my 3 year old daughter. He has never showed any signs of aggression towards children but my daughters love to mess with him. I did not witness the incident but I’m assuming my daughter was either climbing/rough playing or pulled his tail causing him to act. This is my last resort to rehome him before having to euthanize him which I really do not want to do or feel like he deserves it.
