Looking for anyone skilled with remodel experience in any and all areas of home upgrade.
I am a retired licensed contractor needing help physically, to complete tasks my body won't let me do. I HAVE WORK NOW.
, private residential upgrades, etc... But nobody wants to work.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in ALL REMODEL CONSTRUCTION
From floors to walls to roofing.
You gotta know your stuff and be able to work without supervision.
You need to be trustworthy to work inside customers homes.
Communicate effectively with your abilities and needs
Be humble enough to follow direction. Do things as I say, not your way.
Attendance is EVERYTHING.
I need to depend on you and believe me, you will not want for anything.
Pay is determined by what you do the first 3 days. No resume. Just show me what you can do. I can determine your worth from there.
Have tools
Have vehicle.
HAVE COMMON SENSE
