Distribution Center Employee is responsible for picking, packing, sorting, shipping/receiving and labeling of retail merchandise. This includes maintaining a clean and safe work space. This position is also responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy thru the use of RF Scanners and Voice Picking software. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Qualifications: • Distribution experience preferred, but not required • Accurately pulls/packs/loads correct products • Maintains a safe work area, adhering to safety policies and procedures • Trains and works in other departments throughout the Distribution Center • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment • Contributes to a clean and safe Distribution Center • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization • Flexible, with a positive attitude and passion for knowledge • Possesses focused attention to detail while working quickly and accurately under pressure • Forklift and/or Electric Pallet Jack experience is a plus, but is NOT Required Requirements: - Must be 18 years of age of older - HS Diploma or equivalent preferred - Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout a 10 - 12 hour shift
