Event Assistant/Helper Needed for Company Retreat. Cooking experience a PLUS! We are in search of an Event Assistant/Helper for our company retreat. This person would arrive each morning and help with the following items: Preparing and prepping food items to go out for breakfast, lunch and dinner (30 guests) Help with event set up and breakdown as necessary (furniture, decor etc.) Cleaning up afterwards (cleaning up the dishes and pots and pans as well as tidying up the meeting/meal area). Assist with tidying up the common areas and replenishing supplies. Be available to run errands (grocery runs etc.) as they arise for the CEO and other team members. The event dates are October 18-24, 2022. Times will be discussed This person must be able to provide references, have a clean background and a valid driver's license.
