I am offering a unique Job, or career, in a proven mobile Teaching / Entertaining Music and Movement class Presentation which will be held regularly Weekday mornings at area Child Cares. to teach Healthy Male / Female roles and have lots of Creative FUN!.. The Duo uses sophisticated keyboard and Percussion for a full Dance-Band experience! Each half hour Show, or "class" pays an average of $30, Schedule will be 3 or 4 Shows weekday Mornings. You must be an experienced Singer with an ear for harmony, and a stand out "people person" who can connect with the (2 to 6 year olds) or (over 65) audiences You will be working with a Keyboardist / One Man Band, who will sing also, trade quips with you and generally "show you the ropes!" You must have a car. Rehearsals will start soon as a candidate is selected. in preparation for October Shows, and the coming Fall season! More Details: I am seeking a Singer with natural stage presence who interacts joyfully with Children (2 to 6) and Seniors. You are invited to present a Creative Show with me, a highly experienced singer / Musician / one man Band.. Responsibilities: • Learn and contribute to the Repertoire of both Origimal and well known Music • Greet and Connect with Children and Staff - on stage and off • Teach songs in a way and pace that they can learn from us • Pass out provided props • car for travel is necessary ;<> You must live in close traveling proximity to the New Bedford area <> Fairhaven, Acushnet, Mattapoisett, Wareham, New Bedford Qualifications: • Previous experience in Singing and ad-libbing • Ability to sing harmony and demonstrate movements to the Children and multitask • Excellent verbal and good typing skills Pay <>; 50 to 60 $ per hour of performing time to start + Travel allowance
