Lawn Care Crew Lead Job Summary: Looking for someone Experienced Zero-Turns and push mower, and trimmer. Complete a variety of landscaping duties such as maintaining lawns, trimming, edging yards, trimming bushes, planting flowers and bushes, edging around flower beds along with spreading mulch and/or rocks. Along with knowing how to operate the different lawncare equipment properly and using precaution when storing equipment. Minimal maintenance to equipment (re-stringing trimmer heads, changing oil on mowers etc.) and must know how to work well with others. Need to be flexible with work hours, if needed. Ability to accurately train others, if needed. Duties: Mowing, Edging, Trimming, Planting, laying mulch, Spring & Fall Clean ups, Trimming of Tree limbs and/or branches or smaller trees. Looking for someone must be reliable must have dependable transportation. Enjoys the outdoors and has a knack for detail. This is a family-owned company who prides themselves on positive morale and looking for people with positive demeanor and works well with others. Crew Lead $17-$18/hr. Depending on Experience and performing all duties in this description along with additional duties such as driving truck and trailer, communicating well with staff and customers.
