Need temporary "muscles"

Have a roll off to get rid of stuff in the yard with 2 storage units. Yard stuff and things that are in the sheds. Some things in the home itself and help reorganizing what's left in the sheds. My strength is not what it used to be. Male or female, doesn't matter, I just want someone who says they'll be here to actually be here. I'm thinking 8-hours and can be spread out till Tuesday afternoon.
