We are seeking motivated individuals with great people skills and technical abilities to join our team. Required Qualifications: • Technical skills are required • Candidates must be willing to learn and train in the HVAC industry • Capable of engaging in customer interaction • Good oral and written communication skills • Excellent attendance is required • Willingness to work overtime required • Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs • Must be willing to work in tight spaces and • Experience with retrofit installation preferred • Must provide own mode of transportation • Valid Driver License Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Adhere to job assignment and scope of work as instructed. • Maintain a safe and clean work site. • Obtain and utilize hand, power, and battery-operated tools. • Assemble duct systems as instructed • Perform duct sealing as instructed • Clean duct work in homes as instructed • Educate customers about available products and services.
