Looking for a framer to repair or install new door

Hello friends, I need a handyman - framer who can either repair or most probably just rip out and install a new exterior door for an apartment. Some other loose ends on the scope are: Lift closet floors to match elevation in bedroom and install about 9 square feet of LVT. Fix some floor areas where we have holes because of radiator pipes. Another door needs adjusted - not opening closing properly. Replace a receptacle. Some touch up painting needed Please text me about your experience, and general pricing for work. It can be ball park obviously.
