Lost Black Cat

My cat has been missing from Germain Street since September 18. He is used to being outdoors but has never been gone this long before. He's all black, male, nine years old, and weighs 9.2 lbs. He has a chronically watery left eye, there's also a noticeable scar/discoloration on his nose, and a bend at the tip of his tail. He avoids people but has never been aggressive when approached. If you think he might be hiding somewhere, I can probably coax him out. I just need to know where to look. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
