Virginia Janes Homestead is looking for help offering samples of cheese and jam at retail locations of Uncle Giuseppe's marketplace. Shift hours are 11-3 or 12-4 Saturdays or Sundays only. No weekday shifts. Schedule is flexible to work when you like. Retail locations include: Smithtown, Melville, Babylon, Port Jefferson. Placement can be at any of these locations, your preferences will be taken into consideration. Virginia Janes offers unique flavors of jams and jelly for sale in the cheese department at Uncle Giuseppe's. You will be provided with product from the store to pass along to customers to taste and encourage purchase. Customers will pay the cashiers at checkout, you will not be expected to exchange money directly. Gloves, spoons, and branded materials will be provided. Bring a positive attitude and a love of delicious food. Reply with any relevant food or sales experience, and the preferred locations. Payment is $20/hr for the first 3 shifts, thereafter increased to $25/hour.
