From City of West Palm Beach: January 6, 2021 "Many residents and business owners have rightly expressed concern and frustration about lengthy wait times and the inability to access appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine, which is being distributed by the Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County. I have offered the support of the City of West Palm Beach to Palm Beach County, the Florida Department of Health, and the Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County in their efforts to vaccinate our community. The West Palm Beach Fire Department stands by ready, willing and able to help administer the vaccine to City residents in conformance with the priority distribution requirements of the Governor's Executive Order 20-315. I have also asked for allocation and delivery to the City of 21,000 doses of the vaccine for administration to all City residents over 65 years of age." —Keith A.
