Shop has two 4x8 rolling work benches, chop/mitre saw has 10' and 12' tables on either side of blade, lumber rack, and sheet goods rack. Also includes many common hand tools, and painting supplies and equipment (including HVLP sprayer) Beautiful space with great light, five large windows, 12'-14' ceilings, good heat in winter, loading dock and freight elevator. There is a N'espresso coffee maker, mini fridge, and a 10' x 10' office space with desk, printer, internet (hard line and wifi), and good lighting throughout. Nice clean wood working shop for your projects. Sorry no metal working in shop. Also a great space to complete studio art projects or other maker endeavors!
