Position/Company Benefits: • Highly Competitive Salary (DOE) • Paid Time Off • Top-Tier Nationwide Solar Installer with Opportunities for Advancement Job Responsibilities: Description: As an Installer or a Lead installer, you will be responsible for organizing materials and parts list for each job. Oversee the installation of the solar structure and manage each step throughout the job. You will lead the installation team from start to finish, and ensure the solar structure is built per plans & drawings. Train new team members. Required Skills: • Lead installer will make material & parts list for each job. • Experience of at least 2 years installing solar/ photovoltaic systems. • Layout and assembly of solar modules / array and mounting hardware. • Assist with installation of the solar structure. • Lead the solar install team from start to finish of each project. • Responsible for all technical and safety aspects of PV installation. • Ensure safe work practices of the installation team. • Train other crew team members in PV installation. • Complete all necessary paperwork to close out job. • Have an eye for detail. • Ability to manage other employees. • Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment. • Electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC). • Document completion of completed installation. • Clean-up of job site. • Additional duties required as needed. **Qualifications** • Valid AZ driver's license with a clean driving record. • 1 year of roof work, general construction, or carpentry strongly preferred. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.) • Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. • Excellent customer service skills required. • Comfort and Agility on Ladders and Roofs. • NABCEP Certification Will be Strongly Considered. • Ideal candidate will be Professional and Courteous.
