found this dog walking around on Drexel Rd. Has a blue collar with no tag. Very friendly. Was in the middle of the street. Is a boy. Turning him into PACC but they’re not open yet so he’s just chilling in my car with me. PLEASE CALL IF THIS IS YOUR DOG & PROVIDE EVIDENCE.
