Job Description:
• Model exemplary professionalism and service to all customers, employees, and vendors of Elo Roofing.
• Scheduling repairs for repair techs and vendors while keeping track using Elo Roofing Systems.
• Take action by partnering with other departments and or vendors; coordinating efforts to meet or exceed expectations of the client.
• Maintain open communication making sure customer is aware of plans, procedures, or potential pitfalls.
• Coordinate tasks; managing the communication between our client and
internal teams.
• Monitor repair process progress and address any issues that arise, with the
help of management.
• Be the point of contact internal and external for all matters in connection to
each assigned repair order and tickets.
• Create and maintain schedules, reports, and
communications.
