I've got a top loading washing machine that washs with small loads perfectly but bigger loads water dumps out of the bottom, probably a simple fix(seal or gasket) but I've alreadly bought a new one. Also I have a counter top dishwasher, works great, just has a slight dent on top! They just need a little TLC. I can help you load it as well! Located off of Clover Hill Ridge Road, near Maryville Wal-Mart. THE ONLY CATCH IS TAKE THE TRASH CAN THATS FULL OF BROKEN GLASS WITH YOU. I'll delete this once someone confirms they will pick up.
