Mechanics - Technicians needed for local shop

We are looking for techs for our reconditioning center. We are a used car dealer who sells about 50 cars a month on the lot as well as 20 to 30 a month wholesale. Some people tell you they have plenty of work, I can show you. At this point we have about 50 cars in line to be worked on as well as cars showing up from auction weekly. We currently have 4 other techs. A new tech coming in will have at the minimum of two lifts and possibly a flat space. We are looking for someone who has the basic tools needed to start and get the job done. Someone most of all with a great attitude (everyone here gets along great..no attitudes). Understands driveability and has decent diagnosis skills (good with electrical diag is a plus). Has the ability to get to work on time and show up on all the days they are supposed to. We offer paydays every friday. Full benefits after 90 days. 401k available. NO micromanaging. Very little to NO outside customers (we do offer a warranty on the cars we sell but we have a warranty shop that handles that--occasionally they get overloaded and we help out). We have a dedicated person to order, locate and get your parts. We have an "after hours" program for those who want to make extra money in the afternoons or on weekends--ask me about this. We only work on American cars and trucks and a few Asian. No European or German or other. We dont work on diesels, anything larger than 1500 trucks and suvs and rarely even 4x4s. Our year models range from about 2005 up to 2017. Most of the work we do is maintenance, suspension and electrical/diagnostic/check engine lights. 90 to 95 percent of all the work is done in house. From tires to programming ECM/PCMs we pretty much have everything to get it done. Most all of our equipment including scanners are fairly new and usually when we see a need for something we get it.
