Hi there, I am writing to look for an artist or two to share my downtown Ann Arbor studio with. It overlooks Main Street and is a beautiful location. Not for artists that make a huge mess as the space doubles as a classroom and pop up galleries you could be a part of. For $700 a month you will get access to the space for 40 hours of your choosing a month. The studio is all set up and all you need to do is bring your work or computer. Minimal storage space but a rolling cart is good to consider. Good for massage therapists or artists or designers who need space outside their home. The opportunity to teach or have clients visit is also there.
