Handyman for piece work interior and exterior at my house

Looking for an experienced handyman type of person to do some various things at my house. Must do your own work and have all tools and transportation. Please be experienced and honest. I will pay for materials and payment will be made to you after work is completed.. If you can't handle that then please do not reply. These are the various things need to be done immediately: Interior - Fix drywall under sink after leak, patch holes in ceiling Exterior - rotted wood on eves These are various things I also need done soon: Interior- baseboard repair/replace Interior- laminate flooring fix Interior- caulking & painting crown moulding, possibly add crown moulding in other rooms. Interior - some painting Interior- add handles to cabinets Exterior- paint eves and trim Fence repair - repair wood fencing that is leaning or possibly replacing it (approx. 180 ft) Please email me your info and an approx. price. Also send pictures of work, a Facebook page or website if you have it. I am looking for a professional, not a beginner or necessarily the cheapest guy. Be honest with me as I will be honest with you.
