Manufactured Home community seeking dependable individual to maintain grounds and perform general labor duties. FULL TIME PERMANENT position with BENEFITS Position Summary: The Porter / Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community and performing tasks associated with preparing homes for occupancy. Essential Job Functions: • Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws; e.g., OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc. • Performs trash outs; removing trash and items from vacant homes. • Responsible for lawn care including, mowing, weed eating, raking, sweeping, shoveling, to maintain lawns of community. • Operate lawn care equipment such as a mower and weed eater safely and in properly. • Assists Maintenance to prepare vacant homes for occupancy with light home repairs, paint, and replacement of fixtures and appliances. • Responsible for removing trash and debris from grounds to maintain the appearance of the community. • Seeks opportunities to advance maintenance skills and expand knowledge. • Responsible for reporting anything in need of repair or replacement within the community. • Interacts with residents and employees professionally and responds to requests in a courteous and timely manner. • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
