Do we have a lot of work for You!!! We are looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician to help us full time with apartment punch outs and work orders for this busy apartment complex. The work will consist of but not limited to demo, painting, drywall repair/replacement and finish. Repair or replacement of cabinets, Countertops, Vanities, Toilets, bathtubs, LVT/LVP flooring, Doors, Trim, and fixtures. Only interior work. One location only.
