Looking for a handyman for ongoing work in West L.A. We have a 9-unit building in palms that is constantly in need of repairs, so this will be ongoing. Currently we need to make repairs in a vacant unit, including changing a light fixture and re-papering the kitchen counter. We also have some brush that needs to be cleared. Pay is by the hour.
