Owner recently passed away and the relatives have asked for house to be gutted respectively, so if you see something you like take it. All types of unimaginable filth and fluids a heavy amount of unidentifiable muck material, unpleasant smells in certain areas of each room. Overwhelming presence of mice, roaches,etc. I need 3 people willing to assist in the cleaning of this property. May take 2-3 days (6hr shift)work to finish cleaning, materials that will be provided for include masks, gloves and cleaning agents. It is quite easy to get bugs on you in this type of environment, so you must stay attentive. Will disperse pay after each shift. Location is near public transit connections car not needed if you don't have one. I am 420 friendly long as you can focus and get job done. Don't mind if you listen to music while we knock out this project. Self Moderation is key. Also looking to pay an extra $30 bucks if you know how to paint Requirements: • Wear comfortable and sturdy attire and have good Hygiene(No need to contribute to environment) •Be prepared for a strenuous day's work •No experience needed, just need you to be attentive and consistent with your work •Must be of legal working age •Must have a good attitude (no naggy Nates or Debby downers) •Equal opportunity hiring process I will take this ad down when I have all the workers needed.
