Experienced Maintenance Tech – Orange, CA $18.50/hour + fully paid 2 bed/1 bath apartment Experienced Maintenance Tech needed for a Multifamily Apartment building in Orange, CA. *This is a full time position* *Must live On-Site* *Must have three years maintenance experience* *Must have reliable transportation and a valid California Driver's license and liability car insurance* *The ability to perform maintenance tasks such as electrical work, plumbing, painting (a must), turning units to make them rent ready, some light carpentry, appliance repair, other tasks as assigned. *Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. *Self-motivated, takes initiative with a willingness to acquire new skills *Must be available for on-call emergencies during evenings, weekends and holidays. **Includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, and Vacation after 90 days. 401k after one year.
