rehoming our 3 month old puppy Twinkle

We bought Twinkle from a family who had a small litter of puppies from their own 2 poodles approximately 1 week ago. She is the cutest thing ever, only 5lbs and projected to grow up to 10lbs in adulthood. She also doesn’t shed and is full of energy. The reason we are selling her is because our other family dog of over 15 years just died recently and though my mother desired a new puppy, we’ve just realized we are really not mentally prepared to take care of a new dog at this time. We are asking for a price of $800, which will come with everything we’ve bought her so far- bed, toys, shampoo, collar with tag (if you choose to keep her name), food, food+water bowl. She just had a vet check 2 days ago and she is healthy, we also gave her the first dosage of flea and tick medication so she’s good to go for the next month. The only thing is she will need her vaccines soon, but our clinic in los alamitos here charges 20-30$ per vaccine so it’s not such an outrageous fee.
