The Operations Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and will serve in leadership function. Primary responsibilities for this role include human resources, customer service, and day-to-day tasks, ensuring execution of the highest standard of client support and delivery of product. We are seeking a highly personable and organized individual with 3-5 years of experience in hiring and supervision/coaching of a team. Our ideal Operations Supervisor has grit and knows what it’s like to hustle every day. $1,000 hiring bonus.
