Basement Leak Repair We are trying to sell a house in Zephyrhills but on the day of closing the basement leaked.  It was less than 10 gallons of water accumulated over several days of non-stop rain so it's just a small leak.  We need: Leak Repair: 1.  Remove 3x3 landing at the base of the stairs. 2.  Remove one sheet of sheetrock at the base of the stairs 3.  Seal crack between wall and foundation 4.  Seal and repair any additional cracks on the wall 5.  Replace any damaged wood under the landing. 6.  Treat area for any mold 7.  Rebuild stairs 8.  Repair sheetrock Water Damage 1.  Run dehumidifier to dry out any remaining moisture 2.  Replace aprox 75' of baseboards 3.  Replace any water damaged sheetrock 4.  Treat basement (less than 500 sqft) for mold Preventative 1.  Install aprox 30' of gutters 2.  Install a 1' x 15' French drain Requirements: Must be a general contractor or have appropriate credentials to satisfy the lender.  Must be able to get us a quote right away.  Please call, text or email us right away.  Thanks
