Nice, well kept Senior Property is looking for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor. Will be working Monday-Friday 8 - 4:30pm and OT as needed. On-call is required for emergencies. Skills needed: Plumbing Electrical (basic) Drywall and painting Carpentry (basic) Turnover process General building/residential repairs Will be responsible for ordering supplies, maintaining repair supply inventory, directing cleaning staff, snow removal (sidewalks only) during the winter. Will also be responsible for vendor negotiations as well as assessing Capital Improvement needs for the site in conjunction with the Property Manager. Plowing, salting, lawn maintenance, major plumbing and major electrical repairs are all subbed out to contractors. We need someone who is going to be committed to the property and the company. Must have clean driving record, reliable transportation and valid license. Must be able to pass a background and drug test pre-employment. Please reply with a resume.
