Competitive health, vision, dental, prescription drug, life, short- and long-term disability insurance 30 days after hire Paid vacation, holidays and personal time off 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching Tuition discount program Employee discount programs Opportunities to grow your career ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure that the selecting isles are aligned, and product is brought forward. • Ensure that the floor is kept clear of any debris that would hinder the selecting process. • Clean out company trailers; remove empty pallets/crates and organize for pickup. • Cleaning the break rooms. • Cleaning all Bathrooms • Maintain all offices - Empty baskets, vacuum, windows, and wash floors. • Clean the locker room and smoking area • Cleans outside barrels and front parking lot • Power Wash trash receptacles • Maintain the breakroom supplies (order and keep full including milk and cream) • Maintain the office cleaning supplies • May perform other duties in office areas as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS • Ability to follow simple directions • Must be punctual and reliable • Willingness to learn • Ability to work without supervision • Ability to work flexible schedule • Attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • 6 months warehouse experience required. • Minimum of 2 years of related maintenance experience
