What we offer: - $20/hour during training (3 – 5 weeks) then $21/hr. - $2/hour quality bonus after passing training. - Raises evaluated every 3 – 6 months. - Weekly pay via direct deposit. - $15 weekly gas mileage stipend added onto each paycheck. - $350 – 500 in tips per month (some cash, some online). - Health, dental, and vision benefits after 3 months of full-time employment. - Career advancement to Team Lead, Supervisor, and Manager on a growing team. - All supplies, equipment, and uniforms provided. - No morning meetings, drive straight to the job. - Supportive work environment and friendly clients. - Live within 10 miles of Wallingford/Fremont preferred. What’s required: - Legally authorized to work in the United States. - Willing to do a criminal background check. - Have a reliable vehicle with auto insurance and a valid driver’s license. - Have a mobile smart phone with data capabilities. - Provide 3 references we can follow up with. Our hours/schedule: - Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. - Jobs are mostly in north Seattle (ex. Ballard, Fremont, Green Lake, U-District). - You’ll typically have 2 – 3 jobs per day - Supply re-ups are brought to you when needed.
