New NYC Cover Band - Seeking Musicians

Band Description & Opportunity: I am looking for band members to join a musical group based in Manhattan, New York to rehearse and perform with. The goal is to have fun and play music! The band (to be named) will be focused on cover songs with a broad range of musical styles depending on the abilities and preferences of the individual band members. Potential genres to be covered might include Classic Rock but will cover a wide range of artists. My interests to name a few include Allman Brothers, Eagles, Rolling Stones, Grateful Dead – hopefully bands with some broad appeal. I will be sponsoring weekly rehearsal sessions at Rivington Studios (188 Stanton St, New York, NY 10002), which will be scheduled based on the collective availability of the band members. We are seeking instrumentalists including guitarists, drummers (set & percussionists), bass guitarists, piano/keyboardists, brass, and saxophonists. The priority at the moment is on additional guitarist, drums and bass players, however.
