Pencil Factory Recording is a State of the Art Recording Studio & Rehearsal Space that includes 3 spacious isolation rooms, Control room and Lounge. Built specifically for Musicians, Engineers, and Producers. We are now offering your own weekly slot at a rate of $320 per month, with the opportunity to have full studio access for recording and mixing! In addition, you can sign up for unlimited extra time by simply signing out available time on our studio calendar. Our Deal: A weekly 4 hour slot for a standard monthly rate of $350. This would be your constant personal slot per week where you would have the entire studio all to yourself. Each slot would guarantee you 16 hours per month. - In addition to renting 1 slot, you could get access to unlimited booking within 24 hours for an additional $75 per month. - Renting 2 or more slots immediately grants you access to unlimited booking within 48 hours without having to pay $75. -24/7 access - Use of our Top Professional in-house Recording Engineers. -Full use of our Mics, Estonia Baby Grand Piano, Yamaha Drum Kit, SWR and Peavey amps, Mackie PA, Hammond Organ, Set of 4 Yamaha Timpani, Yamaha Vibraphone, Xylophone, Adams 5 Octave Marimba and a multitude of percussion instruments! Control Room access with full use of our fully loaded iMac, UA Apollo 8’s, 32 Channel Midas F32 console, great analog gear by Vintech, API, Universal Audio, DBX, Focusrite, TL Audio, Harrison and Purple Audio.
