Needed 1 painter assistant. Do to my many medical conditions, I will not be able to complete this LAST JOB for the company that I have owned for the last 18 years. I will bee closing this Corporation at that time, and moving on to other adventures. Must have good skills with painting and construction! DRYWALL experience is a plus. Compensation $17 to $20 per hour paid ONLY when the job is complete. NO ADVANCES! We will be scraping popcorn texture off of several ceilings, and re-texturing with orange peel texture. Bonus paid if you have a good texture gun, and you can professionally apply this texture after any potential damage from the scaping has been completed. NO TOOLS OF YOUR OWN WILL BE REQUIRED. I HAVE ALL THE TOOLS!! Brushes, rollers, paint sprayers, and all prep materials. IF you have a texture gun (Mine was stolen by a former employee., but I have a new one ready to be shipped by Amazon soon.) That would be a huge bonus, and there will be bonus money paid at the end of the project for this and any other exceptional work you provide. NOTE: You will not be paid one penny unless you finish this project with me until final clean-up and sign-off by my customer. Estimate this project will take no more than 8 working days. There may be more opportunities for you going forward as a personal assistant if you can pass a criminal background check if you are interested.
