Need pond filled with dirt

Hi. In ewa beach I have a small pond about 6 feet long, 4 feet wide, and 2 feet deep. Its high maintenance so I dont want to use it now. I put a hole in bottom so that it stays empty but it still keeps filling with water from rain and sprinkler, and then mosquitos living in there. I need someone to get a wrecking bar and break up the cement on the bottom on the pond only. Its about 2 inches thick. Then fill with dirt/mulch so plants can be put in it and water will drain into the ground. Someday I will use it again as a pond, so I only want to bottom floor broken up, nothing else. I dont think there is any rebar or reinforced wire in the cement so it should break up easily. Please contact me if interested. Im on a budget as I dont have a job so I cant offer much, but I hope I can find someone who can use a little extra money. Thank you. William
