Hi, I am 64 and have been playing a long time till covid. I have been in original and cover bands and have a great pro kit. Tama starclassic maple and zildjian a custom. I play with dynamics and try to play only what the song requires. I have not played for a year and a half due to covid and I live in an apartment and have nowhere to practice. Right now I live in Las Vegas but I am moving to the Amherst area November 1st and thought I would get a head start with this ad to find someone to play with. I am looking for some kind of rock project, hard rock, blues rock,country rock, etc.....Bands I am listening to right now are, Perfect circle,Joe Banamassa, stp, Ryan Adams, radio head, Nick Cave, tea party, Killers,Old Steely Dan, Allman Bros, Robin Ford, Audio slave,Bowie and many more. I would like to say I don't want to play the ol "standards" any more. I'm tired of playing born to be wild and mustang sally. So maybe some more current music or b side songs. Too Many influences to list from 60's to now. I want to play even if we don't play out. Thanks for reading and I hope to hear from you.
